These Terms govern your use of Chronicle during the early access period. By installing or using Chronicle, you agree to them.
1. The Product
Chronicle is a desktop application for session timing and journaling. It is currently available as a free early access release to invited users.
2. Early Access
Access is granted via an activation code. The early access period has an expiry date that may be extended or shortened at our discretion. When early access ends, the application will stop functioning until a new version or license model is made available.
3. License
During the early access period, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Chronicle. You may not share your activation code, redistribute, or resell the software.
4. No Warranty
Chronicle is provided "as is", especially during early access. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the software.
5. Updates
We may release updates at our discretion. There is no guarantee of future updates, features, or support.
6. Future Pricing
Chronicle may transition to a paid model after the early access period. Early access users are not guaranteed free access beyond the early access expiry date.
