These Terms govern your purchase and use of Chronicle. By installing or using Chronicle, you agree to them.
1. The Product
Chronicle is a desktop application for session timing and journaling, sold as a one-time purchase for $19 USD.
2. License
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Chronicle on one (1) device. You may not share, sublicense, redistribute, or resell the software or your license key.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you also agree to their terms of service.
4. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. A 14-day free trial is available before purchase so you can evaluate the software.
5. Updates
We may release updates at our discretion. There is no guarantee of future updates or support.
6. No Warranty
Chronicle is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the software.
